Pricing, Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) and exclude taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees.
Depending on your country, there may be a customs exemption threshold that allows goods below a certain value to be imported without additional charges. These thresholds vary by country, and we strongly recommend checking with your local customs or tax authority before placing an order.
Alaia Aesthetics is not responsible for any customs taxes or duties incurred. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are payable by the customer and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your order using Royal Mail’s current rates.

Any future increases in courier fees may be reflected on our website without prior notice.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been successfully placed. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
Delivery Responsibility & Delays
Alaia Aesthetics is not responsible for:

Delays caused by courier services or customs processing

Delays due to unclaimed parcels

Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Orders will be shipped strictly to the address entered at checkout.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if the courier confirms a parcel has been lost, the customer must contact the courier directly and obtain written confirmation from them. This documentation must then be provided to us for further review.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time) on working days.

Orders placed after 3:00pm will be dispatched the next working day

Delivery will then take place on the following working day
Please note: weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Garments
For customised or made-to-order garments, please allow 3–5 working days for production before dispatch.
Shipping Timeframes & Tracking
All shipping timeframes refer to working days only and may vary depending on the courier service selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Payment Confirmation
Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
